Hospitality Management Awards 2025
The annual IHI Hospitality Management Awards (HMAs) is a prestigious event that celebrates excellence within our industry by honouring its greatest asset—our people. By nominating a manager or colleague, you are recognising their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to the hospitality industry, and offering them the opportunity to be acknowledged with a highly respected award.
The HMAs are designed to recognise individual achievement, focusing on professionalism, dedication, and excellence. Nominees are assessed through a rigorous judging process that evaluates leadership, technical expertise, continuous learning, and the innovation and enthusiasm they bring to their roles.
Spanning 17 award categories, each with a panel of three independent judges, a total of 51 judges will evaluate the nominations. The top 3–5 candidates per category will be shortlisted and invited for an in-person interview with the judging panel. Winners are selected based on their performance during the interview and will be announced at the IHI Founders Evening & Hospitality Management Awards.
Key Dates:
Nominations Open: Tuesday, 16th July 2025
Nominations Close: Tuesday, 27th August 2025
Graduate of the Year Nominations Close: Wednesday, 18th September 2025
Interviews: Monday, 6th & Tuesday, 7th October 2025
Shortlisted nominees will be notified of their interview schedule from Monday, 16th September 2025. Attendance is mandatory. If a nominee cannot be present on the allocated date, their nomination may be withdrawn.
Awards Ceremony
The IHI Founders Evening & Hospitality Management Awards 2025 will take place on Thursday, 27th November 2025, at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin.
