Hospitality Management Awards 2025
The IHI Hospitality Management Awards (HMAs) is a prestigious annual event that honors outstanding individuals in the hospitality industry, recognizing their professionalism, dedication, leadership, and innovation.
There are 17 award categories, each judged by a panel of three independent experts (totaling 51 judges). Nominations are followed by a shortlisting process, after which selected candidates are invited for in-person interviews, with winners announced at the IHI Founders Evening & Hospitality Management Awards.

Awards Ceremony: Thursday, 27 November 2025 at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin
